Headspace Portland is a free youth-friendly counselling service for young people aged 12-25 years. We can help if you are going through a difficult time, or just want someone to talk to.
We can also support you with referrals to other services if needed, including youth drug and alcohol services, youth homelessness services, family and relationship support and general physical health.
It’s ok to feel nervous about getting help. You’re welcome to bring along a family member or a friend for support. It can really help to have them involved.
We are open 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday by appointment.
To book an appointment you can contact us on (03) 5522 1484 or fill in an enquiry from Active Health Reception.
